It was very important to my husband and me that we have someone conduct our wedding ceremony who was meaningful in our lives and who we viewed as a deeply spiritual person. My husband, Gabriel, has become dear friends with Pat over the past two years through remodeling her entire home. Our wedding was in Colorado, but we just had to have Pat conduct the ceremony, so we flew her out!
We met with Pat soon after we were engaged to discuss what was important to Gabe and me in the ceremony. We told Pat how we really wanted family to play a large part in the ceremony, and that included our dog, Hank (Pat loves Hank!). Pat wrote a beautiful ceremony that truly reflected our relationship, our interests, our style, and our vision for the wedding. Many people approached Gabriel and me at the reception and told us that was the most beautiful wedding ceremony they had ever experienced.
Our guests were not only impressed with the ceremony, but by how personable and fun Pat was at the reception. She wasn’t afraid to hit the dance floor! Pat truly blessed our wedding and we are very thankful.
